Germany-based events contractor EXPOMOBIL Messezubehör-Vertriebs GmbH, announced a merger with Octanorm-Vertriebs-GmbH für Bauelemente. The deal brings together the expertise of two companies that have been closely linked for decades under one roof.
The EXPOMOBIL brand will be retained and will operate on the market under the name “’EXPOMOBIL – part of Octanorm’.
EXPOMOBIL was founded in 1983 as a sister company of Octanorm and has since established itself as a specialist in flooring concepts for exhibitions, events, and projects.
Delf Henning EXPOMOBIL’s long-standing managing director, who has played a decisive role in shaping EXPOMOBIL’s development over many years, will continue to contribute his experience and expertise to the Octanorm group in the future.
“I am delighted that this step will bring us even closer together and that Delf Henning and his team are now part of Octanorm. Together, we will expand our market presence and develop tailor-made solutions for flooring in collaboration with our partners,” said Benjamin Bruder, managing director of Octanorm-Vertriebs-GmbH.
