Saudi Arabia and Legends Global form joint venture

Saudi Arabia’s Event Investment Fund (EIF) and Legends Global have formed a joint venture. The partnership will operate exhibition, convention and entertainment venues across the Kingdom. It will focus on venues developed by EIF.

Legends Global will deliver management services exclusively for EIF projects. This applies as venues are completed and brought into operation.

The agreement was announced on 10 December 2025 in Riyadh, with the official signing taking place at the Momentum Development Conference.

The first venue under the joint venture will be an Olympic-standard shooting range in Riyadh. Further projects will include a business convention and exhibition centre and an arena, also in Riyadh.

The joint venture will act as venue operator for EIF developments, for events across culture, entertainment, tourism and indoor sports.

Wahdan Suliman Alkadi, chief executive officer at EIF, said: “This joint venture with Legends Global is a defining moment for Saudi Arabia’s events sector.”

Dan Levy, chief executive officer at Legends Global, said: “I want to thank Wahdan Suliman Alkadi and the EIF for their partnership with Legends Global. We are proud to collaborate on this once-in-a-generation opportunity.”

Harvey Lister AM, president and chief executive, Asia Pacific and Middle East, at Legends Global, said: “There is real value in working closely together and blending local heritage with global expertise to help create a network of exceptional venues.”

EIF is a Saudi public investment entity. It develops, owns and operates permanent venues for sports, culture, tourism and entertainment.

Legends Global operates and manages venues internationally. Its portfolio includes stadiums, arenas, theatres, and convention and exhibition centres across multiple regions.
