UFI calling early birds for its MEA Conference in April in Cairo and European Events Week in Thessaloniki

The UFI MEA Conference agenda this year includes a keynote on the economic outlook for MENA and opportunities for North Africa, as well as sessions on global trends impacting exhibitions and on sustainability and AI and digitalisation in events. Early bird tickets will save up to €200 until 27 February. Book your seat here

The conference takes place 28-30 April 2025 in Cairo, Egypt and opens with an evening of networking at the Intercontinental City Stars Hotel.

This year’s programme will be special in that UFI will be celebrating its 100th anniversary and legacy by honouring industry pioneers in the Middle East and Africa.

And the countdown has begun for the UFI European Events Week, the revamped format of the UFI European Conference. This year the action takes place in Thessaloniki, Greece, 3-7 June 2025.

Host for the conference will be TIF-HELEXPO and, again, time to take advantage of the early bird discount.

The programme includes half-day workshops focusing on UFI’s usual key topics: sustainability, talent and DEI.

The Events Week will also include an Event Directors Summit, open exclusively to organisers.

A series of post-event tours will also be open to delegates.
