UFI welcomes new research coordinator

Industry trade association UFI has appointed Benjamin Duclos (pictured) as its new research coordinator. He will work alongside research manager Christian Druart to support UFI’s market research initiatives.

Duclos brings over five years of international experience in law, project management, and research, having worked with organisations such as the World Health Organisation, HEC Paris Business School, and the Permanent Mission of France to the United Nations.

“Joining UFI feels like stepping onto the global stage of the exhibition industry – this time, I’m behind the scenes, making sure the spotlight is on the right insights,” Duclos said. “I’m excited to dive into the data and help our dynamic industry continue to innovate and impress.”

Adeline Vancauwelaert, COO of UFI, added, “At UFI, we strive to deliver industry-leading research and insights, and Benjamin’s skills and experience will enhance our ability to do so. He is an excellent addition to our Research team, and we’re excited to see the impact he will make.”

Applications are also open for the six categories of UFI Awards 2025, with a deadline of 19 March. Contact: awards@ufi.org.
