International trade fair and congress organiser CloserStill Media has acquired German HR show Personalmesse München from its organising company AFAG.
With the acquisition by CloserStill Media, Personalmesse München becomes another key event within the Zukunft Personal Universe: “‘We are very excited to add this long-standing event to our ZP portfolio. Together with the Zukunft Personal brand, we aim to further develop Munich as a leading hub for HR topics and create a platform for inspiration, innovation and networking,” says Astrid Jaeger, managing director of CloserStill Media Germany.
Personalmesse München will continue under its established name to maintain brand recognition among industry professionals and exhibitors.

The trade fair offers a varied programme that addresses the current challenges and opportunities of the modern world of work.
Personalmesse München will take place 15-16 October 2025 at the MOC Munich, Hall 1.
