Each year, the UFI Awards celebrate excellence and innovation across six key categories, addressing the most pressing challenges in the exhibition industry. UFI Awards topics are defined by industry experts from the association’s Working Groups, and focus on the critical challenges that businesses in the exhibition sector are facing today.
Whether it’s groundbreaking innovation, sustainability leadership, or inclusive initiatives, there’s a category for to celebrate achievement.
This year the association’s deadline for entries is 19 March 2025, so time to act if you want to be recognised on the international stage.
Winners will receive one complimentary registration to attend the 92nd UFI Global Congress in Hong Kong in November.
The six award categories include:
- Digital Innovation
- Human Resources
- Industry Partner
- Marketing
- Operations & Services
- Sustainable Development
Last year’s winners across the six categories were:
- Easyfairs received the Digital Innovation Award for their strategic integration of AI technologies.
- The HR Award was presented to IMPACT Exhibition Management for fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
- Easyfairs was honoured with the 2024 UFI Sustainable Development Award for effectively integrating sustainability into their business proposals.
- Fiera Milano, in partnership with Montecolino, won the Industry Partners Award for their collaborative efforts in sustainable stand design.
- The Operations & Services Award went to Freeman-Zenus for enhancing customer experience through strategic partnerships.
- RX Germany secured the Marketing Award for their data-driven revenue strategies.
