inter airport Europe, (IAE25), which organiser RX claims is the largest showcase for airport equipment technology, design and services, will launch an expanded hosted buyer programme at this year’s show at Messe Munchen Germany, 7-9 October, 2025. The expansion reflects the record number of airports, passenger terminals under development or construction, internationally, after a quiet few years.
The programme will offer high-level networking and targeted business meetings and is open to airport planners, consultants, buyers, and managers. Whether sourcing solutions for terminal upgrades, apron operations, or smart, sustainable infrastructure, hosted buyers will benefit from an agenda aligned with their strategic goals, the organisers say.
The hosted programme includes complimentary 4-star hotel accommodation for three nights in one of inter airport Europe’s partner hotels and hospitality during the event. There will also be early access to the Business Connect Platform to pre-arrange meetings with relevant exhibitors and personalised exhibitor recommendations based on project needs.
Hosted buyers are also Invited to the opening night Welcome Reception and 25th Edition Innovation Awards Ceremony, and will have access to all sessions of the inter airport Focus Conference Programme.
