CloserStill Media subsidiary UKi Media & Events is merging three automotive exhibitions into a single event, Vehicle Tech Week Europe, which will launch in Stuttgart in June 2026.
The trade show organiser, part of , will co-locate Automotive Testing Expo, Autonomous Vehicle Tech Expo and Automotive Interiors Expo under one roof. Each show will retain its own identity whilst sharing the venue.
UKi Media & Events was founded in 1991, and is based in Dorking.
Peter Massey, commercial director at UKi Media & Events, said the move reflects how “engineering departments, development teams and business units are becoming increasingly interconnected” as the automotive industry transforms.
The event will feature more than 400 exhibitors and aims to attract visitors from adjacent sectors including agriculture, commercial transport and defence. As part of the consolidation, Automotive Interiors Expo has been postponed from November 2025 to June 2026 to align with the new format.
Industry figures have backed the change. Liam Wilson, ITC concept and development manager at Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, said: “By uniting Automotive Testing, Autonomous Vehicle and Automotive Interiors in one event, Vehicle Tech Week Europe creates a comprehensive platform to experience the full spectrum of innovation driving mobility forward.”
Dr Johannes Lauer, lead HIL development engineer at Stellantis, added: “For validation experts like me, the interdisciplinary exchange is especially valuable.”
Erkan Simsek, director of R&D and sales at Oshino Lamps, which has exhibited at Automotive Interiors Expo for 12 years, said: “The return to Stuttgart in June alongside Automotive Testing and Autonomous Vehicle Tech Expo makes complete sense and is very much welcomed.”
