Caravaning 2025 ready to kick off its homage to nature tourism and camperisation in Catalonia

The latest edition of the International Caravanning Exhibition, which runs 11-19 October at Fira de Barcelona’s Gran Via venue, is set to bring together one of the largest samples of vehicles, novelties and trends in Europe in the sector. With more than 700 models, 180 companies and a wide range of activities, the event will this year focus on sustainability, digitalisation and attracting new traveller profiles.

The 38th edition of the show will host a commercial exhibition bringing together key  brands in the sector and there will be spaces dedicated to camperisation, rental, outdoor fashion, accessories, tiny houses, mini-caravans and other light models that allow you to get started in caravanning with a moderate investment.

José Manuel Jurado, president of the Spanish Association of the Caravanning Industry and Commerce (ASEICAR) and co-president of the Organising Committee, said: “The Caravanning Show will once again be the main platform to discover the latest trends in the sector, a catalyst to boost its sales and a meeting point that will attract thousands of fans from all over Spain”. For her part, Susana Colom, president of the Gremi d’Empresaris del Caravaning de Catalunya (GREMCAR) and also co-president of the Committee, highlights that “this year we want to continue adding new users and, especially, young families, to further extend the love of nature tourism”.

Organisers note there is a proliferation of intelligent systems that allow models to be completely automated and control functions such as lighting, heating or water level from the mobile phone. This trend turns motorhomes into real connected homes on wheels.

The show will have a personalised advisory service by experts from the specialised virtual forum AC Pasión, who will attend to the specific needs of each visitor.

Designed for families, a Caravaning Kids space will be a place for the little ones to discover the world of caravanning in a fun way.

The show will also offer a specific car park for those who come with their camper or caravan.

Caravaning 2025 will occupy a total of 34,000sqm of net surface area in halls 2 and 3 of the Gran Via venue.
