AsiaWorld-Expo in Hong Kong has renewed its multi-year UFI Diamond Sponsorship agreement.
The agreement was confirmed on 16 December 2025 and extends the venue’s long-standing partnership with UFI.
The signing took place during the 92nd UFI Global Congress in Hong Kong SAR. It was signed by Hugh Jones, UFI president 2024–25, and Irene Chan, chief executive at AsiaWorld-Expo.
Under the renewed agreement, AsiaWorld-Expo will continue as a UFI Diamond Sponsor, maintaining year-round visibility across UFI’s events, communications and global activities.
Irene Chan said: “UFI provides a vital platform for AsiaWorld-Expo to connect with like-minded industry leaders, exchange insights drawn from global best practices, and translate dialogue into meaningful collaboration.”
She added: “The insights, connections and international visibility gained through this partnership deliver clear and measurable value, and renewing our Diamond Sponsorship reflects our strong belief in the collective strength and continued advancement of the global exhibition industry.”
Hugh Jones said: “AsiaWorld-Expo has been a valued UFI Diamond Sponsor for many years, and we are delighted to extend this collaboration.”
He added: “Their support helps UFI to invest in new projects and opportunities for our global community, and we look forward to continuing to build this partnership in the years ahead.”
UFI Diamond Sponsorship is the association’s highest sponsorship tier, and gives sponsors access to UFI’s international network. It is offered to a limited number of partners.
