Global organiser of B2B events, Hyve, has announced the acquisition of US-based Virtuosi League, a leadership, learning and community platform for C-Suite marketing professionals.
The acquisition reflects Hyve’s strategy of investing in market-leading, founder-led businesses that occupy positions at the centre of growing industry ecosystems. The move builds on Hyve’s existing presence in the marketing sector through its B2B event POSSIBLE.
Founded by Nadine Dietz, Virtuosi League has built a distinctive position within the marketing industry through its executive forums, leadership development programmes, proprietary thought leadership, and curated peer-to-peer community.
Members of the community include senior leaders from brands such as Amazon, AT&T, e.l.f. Beauty, Google, HP, Hyatt, Intuit, KraftHeinz, Lyft, Marriott, Mars, Mastercard, NFL, PepsiCo, Sephora, Sony, Verizon, and many other high-profile businesses.
Virtuosi League’s products and services include:
- C-Suite Forums and Roundtables: highly curated, invitation-only gatherings where CMOs and senior executives work through their most urgent challenges in confidential settings.
- Thought Leadership: proprietary research and practical frameworks developed with some of the world’s most influential CMOs and business leaders, anchored by the Leadership Field Guide and Virtuosi Voices.
- Leadership Development: premium leadership development through the LEAP programmes, from the flagship immersion with the Aspen Institute to LEAP Essentials and bespoke workshops, supported by an online community platform.
- Dinner with Friends: invitation-only dinner programme connecting intimate groups of executives for authentic peer connection.
Hyve CEO Mark Shashoua said: “What Nadine and the team have built is truly distinctive – the strength of the products, the calibre of its members, and especially the trust, candour, and genuine connections that define the Virtuosi League community. We are excited to invest in that foundation and support the next phase of growth. We’re also looking forward to learning from the highly effective leadership, learning and community formats they have developed. Over time, we see opportunities to explore how those capabilities could create value across other sectors and communities within the Hyve portfolio.”
Founder and CEO at Virtuosi League Nadine Dietz (pictured), added: “From day one, our mission has been to create the conditions where leaders can step out of the pressure of the day-to-day, learn from one another, and evolve how they lead. What makes this community special is not its size, but the trust, candor, and generosity of the people within it. As we looked toward the future, it was important to find a partner who understood that our greatest asset is the community itself. Hyve shares our belief that meaningful connection, leadership development, and peer learning create lasting value. Together, we have an opportunity to expand our impact, invest further in our leadership and learning platforms, and welcome more leaders into the ecosystem while preserving the culture and curation that have always been at its heart.”
The partnership builds on an existing relationship between the two businesses. Earlier this year, Virtuosi League successfully curated and delivered the CMO Lab programme at POSSIBLE.
