The Board of Directors of R.E. Rogers India Pvt. Ltd., has appointed its CEO Sudhir Dhavan as the new managing director of the company and member of the Board.
Ravinder Sethi will be the executive chairman and will continue to remain actively involved on the Board and in the company. The other Board members, Kiran Sethi and Raj Sharma, will also continue in their existing positions.
Sudhir comes with over 30 years of experience in the logistics industry and was recently chairman of IELA (IELA International Exhibition / Event Logistics Association).
R.E. Rogers said the restructuring would further strengthen the company in its 40th anniversary year.
