FESPA looking for spring bounce and a bigger wrap in Berlin

FESPA Global and its co-located events are confident of higher numbers than previous show editions, with 550 exhibitors from 36 countries signed up for the May event already in Messe Berlin. The show returns to Berlin for the first time in three years, having been held in Amsterdam in 2024.

In 2024, organisers say over 12,700 unique visitors attended the show with a collective median budget of €2.7bn.

This year’s exhibition will showcase trends in sustainability, print on demand and intelligent automation, in addition to the latest products and innovations from exhibitors that include Agfa, Durst, Epson, HP, Roland, Brother, Ricoh, Kongsberg, 3M, Hexis, Dgen, SwissQprint and Fuijfilm.

Michael Ryan, head of FESPA Global Print Expo, said: “This year’s events are set to be a pivotal platform in 2025 for our global community. We’re delighted to be back in Berlin, a vibrant and creative destination, which, given its history, is ideal for hosting FESPA and its co-located events.

“Eight halls full of inspiration and innovation await professionals from the speciality print market, where they can discover a plethora of on-demand technologies for specialist print applications.”

Entry to all three exhibitions is free for members of a FESPA national association or FESPA Direct. Non-members who pre-register using code FESM521 before 8 April can save €30 on their exhibition entry.

FESPA Australia will be running a networking event for the ANZ print community in Berlin for the show. It will hosted in the FESPA Club Lounge at the Expo Centre.

The World Wrap Masters competition is set to make a return in Berlin. Vehicle wrappers from across Europe will go head-to-head to wrap a variety of special objects and vehicles in a battle it out to be crowned the World Wrap Masters 2025 champion. Alongside this, visitors can also attend a series of live wrapping demonstrations with industry experts.

The FESPA Awards are also returning this year, and will celebrate innovation and creativity across 18 categories, including print, sign and display, vehicle wrapping, garment and textiles and special effects. Visitors will have the opportunity to see entries to the FESPA Awards 2025, with winners announced on 7 May 2025.
