Hyve acquires global supply chain and logistics event, Manifest

Hyve Group, the global B2B events organiser, has announced its acquisition of Manifest – a key industry event connecting the supply chain and logistics ecosystem. The acquisition is Hyve’s third strategic acquisition in the last 12 months following the acquisition of POSSIBLE and HLTH.

The move also positions Hyve in the US logistics sector, which is forecast to grow to $109.3bn by 2030 (up from $43.1bn in 2021).

Hyve says it expects to replicate, scale and bring the Manifest model to Europe.

Launched in 2022 and founded by event entrepreneur Jay Weintraub, Manifest is a fast-growing, global event shaping the future of supply chain and logistics. Taking place annually in Las Vegas, the event unites the ecosystem of global supply chain executives, logistics service providers, innovators and investors at the forefront of logistics tech and end-to-end supply chain and showcases tech solutions.
