Stax, a US-based global strategy consulting firm, active in research into the events ecosystem, has announced the promotion of three staff to the joint role of managing directors. They are: Will Barden, Darren Buskirk, and Athul Ravunniarath.
Will Barden, in Boston, brings nearly 20 years of experience in private equity consulting, specialising in commercial due diligence, growth strategies, and exit planning.
Darren Buskirk (Chicago) has over a decade of consulting experience in healthcare, with a focus on commercial due diligence and corporate strategy.
While Athul Ravunniarath (Boston) offers nearly a decade of experience in software and IT services, partnering with private equity sponsors on due diligence and value creation initiatives.
