RX, a global leader in events and exhibitions, has unveiled a new digital platform designed to redefine how people discover, connect and do business at live events. RX NOW, offering real-time data and AI-powered personalisation, claims to deliver smarter, more personalised and more productive journeys onsite, while driving measurable value for both attendees and exhibitors.
The mobile-friendly, web-based solution made its debut at the PGA Show 2026, in Orlando in January, where it was adopted by more than half of the event’s 34,000+ attendees in its first outing.
Following this successful launch, RX NOW is being rolled out across RX’s global portfolio of events throughout 2026.
RX NOW acts as a powerful, real-time mobile companion, giving visitors instant access to everything they need during an event, without requiring an app download. Through a single interface, attendees can explore exhibitor directories, navigate floorplans, receive AI-powered recommendations, discover exclusive offers and collect exhibitor and product material from the show floor digitally.
A key feature of the platform is its ability to capture and organise every interaction such as connections, QR scans, and saved content into a personalised “event timeline”. At the end of the event, users can generate a summary email, enabling seamless follow-up, improved lead conversion, and continued engagement beyond the show floor.

Built on RX’s proprietary global technology platform, RX NOW integrates with the company’s wider Business Builder ecosystem, including tools for lead capture, exhibitor promotion, and performance analytics.
By increasing visibility, driving more qualified traffic, and simplifying lead capture, RX NOW has already demonstrated measurable impact, doubling the number of leads generated through visitor led digital tools at PGA Show 2026 compared to the previous year.
