Showcase USA: Expanding into America

In 2024, founder and managing director Ben Collings was inspired to introduce the Showcase brand to the U.S. following the successful delivery of conference and exhibition services for Datos Insights. With increasing demand from existing European and UK clients to work with Showcase in America, the decision was made to open the latest branch, Showcase USA LLC, in Florida. EN spoke with him about this exciting expansion across the pond.

One of the main reasons existing clients sought Showcase’s services in America was the high level of service and attention to detail that had been consistently delivered across other regions. Recognising the demand, the decision to expand into the U.S. has been fully supported by members of Showcase’s senior leadership team, who believe it will strengthen relationships with clients and enhance their overall experience.

Organic growth is a key driver, as Global Strategic account director Dave Harding-Lyle commented: “America is vast, and we’re not looking to conquer! The concept is to provide services that are like those we already offer our existing clients across Europe and the UK.”

The aim is for the company to grow organically in America as its name becomes synonymous with excellent customer service. The success of the 2024 U.S. events has already led to a 50% increase in business from existing American clients. The company has been put forward by large industry PLCs in the UK to tender for their U.S. activations and exhibitions for 2025.

The opening of the Cannes office at the beginning of 2024 has enabled the company to service its growing portfolio of European clients in America. The company is on an upward trajectory into 2025, a testament to the hard work, vision, and determination of the team at Showcase.

With a large U.S. client base for which Showcase delivers events across the UK and Europe, it was crucial to support them on their home soil as well. The opening of Showcase USA LLC in Florida marks a significant milestone, allowing the company to have a local team on the ground while continuing to deliver the same high standards of service that clients expect in the UK and Europe.
