The Finnish Fair Corporation and its subsidiary SVV Oy certified ‘Strongest in Finland’

The Finnish Fair Corporation and its subsidiary SVV Oy have received the Strongest in Finland Certificate, testament to the company’s positive financial figures, strong credit rating and good payment record.

Credit information agency Suomen Asiakastieto grants the Strongest in Finland certificate only to companies that have met their strict ratings criteria.

The certificate tells customers, partners and other stakeholders that the company is a reliable partner, follows responsible business practices, and co-operation with it is on a sustainable basis.

“The Strongest in Finland certificate verifies our position as a reliable and strong player in the events industry. Although the times in the Finnish economy are challenging, we are supported by strong confidence in our mission. We work for the benefit of companies and business life, and we have excellent conditions, know-how and experience for that,” says Finnish Fair Corporation’s CFO and SVV Oy’s CEO Petteri Nissinen.

The Finnish Fair Corporation operates in Helsinki Expo and Convention Centre, producing events and renting its premises and services to other operators. The subsidiary SVV is an internationally recognised specialist in audio-visual presentation technology.

Confidence in Helsinki Expo and Convention Centre’s business operations is also reflected in the 2022 Employment Decision Makers (TEP) study by Taloustutkimus, which was published in February. For the third year in a row, Helsinki Expo and Convention Centre was the most valued company by business decision-makers and also by far the best-known company in its field in Finland.

In autumn 2022, Helsinki Expo and Convention Centre was also the first event organiser in Finland to receive a GOLD Excellent-level SHORE safety certificate, which certifies the high-quality work in risk management and building a responsible business.
