Following a record-breaking edition in 2025, WorldFood Istanbul, organised by ICA Events, is set to usher in a new era of innovation and growth in 2026. The exhibition will welcome exhibitors and visitors to its new venue, the Istanbul Expo Center (IFM), 15-18 December 2026, marking a significant milestone in its journey as a leading international platform for the food industry.
The 33rd edition of WorldFood Istanbul at the Tüyap Fair and Congress Center in September drew 78,340 visitors from 153 countries over four days and nearly 1,400 exhibiting companies from 40 countries and 3,200 brands.
The exhibition welcomed 20,182 international visitors and over 900 hosted buyers from 100 countries.
In 2026, WorldFood Istanbul will relocate to the IFM – a modern venue offering state-of-the-art infrastructure, a strategic location, and expansive halls.
A significant highlight of the 2026 edition will be the introduction of WorldFood Istanbul FoodTech – a new dedicated event within the WorldFood Istanbul ecosystem, showcasing the latest developments in food technology, innovation, and sustainability.
This strategic evolution of the exhibition will see a new focus on technological advancement, digital transformation, and sustainable production and how they are shaping the future of the food industry.
Key focus areas within WorldFood Istanbul FoodTech include:
- Food Processing and Production Technologies
- Packaging and Filling Technologies
