The Indian Exhibition Industry Association (IEIA) has announced its new Executive Committee for the 2025–2027 term during its 19th IEIA Annual General Meeting held in New Delhi.
The AGM convened on 19 December, 2025, as IEIA approaches the completion of two decades of dedicated service to the exhibition industry. The new EC said it would be launching IEIA 2.0 – a renewed phase focused on innovation, inclusivity, collaboration, and future readiness for the evolving exhibition ecosystem.
Mr Sooraj Dhawan continues as president of IEIA while Mr Ubaid Ahmad assumes the role of the vice-president of the Association. Mr Jagdish Patankar remains as honorary secretary and Mr. P. Ramakrishna as honorary treasurer, while Mr Sudeep Sarcar, Mr Vipul Agarwal, and Mr Dharampal Malhotra continue as Executive Committee Members for the 2025–2027 term. The new members include Ms Avisha Desai, Ms Nazeeba Zarin, Ms Pallavi Mehra, Mr Satyendra Mehra and Mr Sudhir Dhavan. Dr Rakesh Kumar is also on board as ex-officio past president.
Mr Dhawan stated: “The Indian exhibition industry is poised for unprecedented expansion. Our newly appointed Executive Committee will be the key catalyst in driving this transformative growth phase.”
The new Executive Committee reflects increased representation of women leaders, with three women taking seats on the EC.
