Registration open for 2026 UFI Asia-Pacific Conference in Bangkok

The Global Association of the Exhibition Industry, has opened registrations for the 2026 UFI Asia-Pacific Conference, taking place in Bangkok, Thailand, 5–6 March.

Hosted by the Thailand Convention & Exhibition Bureau (TCEB), the event will take place at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Centre (QSNCC).

Previous editions of the UFI Asia-Pacific Conference in Thailand were held in Chiang Mai (2016) and Bangkok (2011). The UFI Global Congress in 2019, also hosted by TCEB in Bangkok, remains one of the association’s largest to date.

The 2026 UFI Asia-Pacific Conference will be particularly significant as it coincides with the UFI presidency of Panittha Buri, vice chairperson of Bhiraj Buri Group and representative of Thailand’s exhibition community.

Dr Supawan Teerarat, president of TCEB, commented: “TCEB has a long-established and valued relationship with UFI, so we are honoured to host the 2026 UFI Asia-Pacific Conference.

“Thailand continues to grow as a regional hub for exhibitions, so we are delighted to have the opportunity to showcase Thailand with our world-class venues, professional expertise, and exceptional hospitality to colleagues from across Asia and around the world. Experience the best of Thai hospitality. Be our guest.”

Mark Cochrane, UFI regional director Asia-Pacific, added: “UFI is very pleased to bring the Asia-Pacific Conference back to Thailand. Much has changed, as the Thai exhibition industry has gone from strength to strength. This is in no small part due to TCEB’s continued strong support for our industry. So, we are looking forward to working closely with TCEB again as the host of this conference.

“We are anticipating a large turnout for this edition as we bring together UFI members and industry leaders from around Asia to discuss the issues of the day, such as the role of AI in events, the impact of trade tensions, growth opportunities, talent strategies and much more.”

Early Bird pricing for conference registration is in place until 31 January. For further details visit: www.ufiasia.org
