US event management platform Accelevents, Inc has announced the acquisition of High Attendance (for an undisclosed amount), a virtual event platform based in Tampa, Florida.
The acquisition follows a strategic partnership formed in September 2022 between the companies which has seen Accelevents technology for in-person events used by High Attendance customers.
Accelevents has now absorbed the High Attendance customer base to provide a unified event management experience that includes badge printing, mobile apps, lead capture, and event registration tools.

The expanded business will serve over 12,500 organisations globally and it forecasts supporting more than 3 million attendees in 2023.
